Spent the morning reading and dreaming of kinder maxi eggs. oh how i want one for easter, but we can't figure out where to find them. ashley ellis is going to look in dublin. they're like kinder eggs except instead of being the size of a normal egg with a tiny toy inside, they are 7.5"x4" and have a giant toy inside! and more chocolate, obviously! Sweet!

I can hear Pat yelling from the kitchen and it makes me laugh. Stooopid! haha.
Someday I will record him saying that. Then you will understand the amazingness which is Pat.

Lydnsey was going to come out to Monks with me tonight but she is still very sick. It seems like everyone is sick this week. I have been taking lots of Emergen-C so as not to join their ranks.

It was sunny today, but very very cold.
I can't wait until it gets warmer. It's so beautiful out, it would be nice to enjoy it without shivering.

Robbie got most of his stitches out yesterday (from his appendix) but he's still recovering.

Also, as a matter of interest, you may or may not be surprised to know that in Ireland it is illegal to serve alcohol on Good Friday. The hotel could serve to residents/people staying in the hotel itself, but to no one else. So Monks and Logues were closed in general and Hylands can only serve to their hotel customers as well. Isn't that strange? I don't think we have that law in the states. You could get arrested for serving someone a drink. Ha!
