is currently in the pub here. at the New Hotel. he's in the restaurant part. he just walked passed us. He gave Ashling kisses and signed her book earlier today.
You know, Hell's Kitchen and all that.

no screaming but the new manager here kind of botched a lot of it. i think he is filming something but not specifically about the hotel. Pat really didn't care about cooking for him, he thinks it's bollocks cuz he's just another person haha. but the food he cooked was good but then the manager had the 2 polish girls serving instead of robert or chris, which is stupid because wouldn't you want a local if you come to ireland?? and it was the one girl's first day. they brought the wrong food and had to take it back. ah well. apparently he was going to use the kitchen to cook today. still haven't heard screaming though. Ashling said he was really nice to her and Stu shook his hand haha
think he's only crazed with his underlings & probably when the cameras are on (for effect)
